About Midpoint National

Midpoint National is a mid-sized supplier of a broad range of fulfillment related services. 

In addition to basic order processing, warehousing and shipping, these include IT systems design, database management, call center operations, and e-commerce implementation.  We have some 70,000 square feet of storage, administrative and order processing space in Kansas City.  We own our distribution center facilities and all related equipment debt free.

Midpoint was created in 1988 with a focus on direct marketing, catalog and book fulfillment. The initial staff – which is still in place – brought strong backgrounds of related experience to the company’s startup.
           
One of the main thrusts of our business has always been book fulfillment.  Currently we handle the complete fulfillment operations of more than 350 small to medium-sized publishing companies.
