Midpoint National has been serving the order fulfillment needs of important book publishing client companies since 1988. We have over 70,000 square feet of storage, order processing and administrative space in Kansas City -- or "Midpoint USA." Overall, our systems and facilities are ideally suited to meet the needs of any established publisher with an active backlist, and an ongoing publishing program of at least 10 new titles per year.
Midpoint's shipping accuracy exceeds 99%, thanks to bar code scanning in all of our operations. This also applies to our processing of returns, where we scan each and every book that's returned. As a result, we find and document many books being returned in error -- all of which would otherwise result in deductions by the wholesalers and retailers from our publisher clients' receivables.
Additional Midpoint services include database management, marketing support services, call center operations, and e-commerce implementation. We also feature a unique Advance Reader Copy distribution program for some major publishers for whom we don't necessarily handle fulfillment. And we can readily provide integrated fulfillment services for high volume web- and media-driven sales programs for individual specialty titles.
