We ship thousands of books each day from the more than 3 million books currently held in stock. Everything is managed through our state-of-the-art warehouse management system. Individual orders range in size from a single book to hundreds or thousands of multiple titles.
Our picking, packing and returns processing systems are all radio- frequency-directed to ensure order accuracy and fast turnaround. Accuracy exceeds 99%. Order turnaround is typically 1-3 days, but faster if needed. New title releases or hot titles get special handling.
